Its a fake.
There was a post recently on this exact knife showing the difference between real and not. Yours looks just like the fake.
Seems like a mix. It has ‘patented’ instead of USA, but it has ‘white’ printed Kershaw instead of dark. Can’t see the jumping so that may be the decider.
