Today I received this used Spyderco Lil Temperance 3 from someone on r/Knife_Swap . The blade had tape residue and rust spots on it when it arrived. I cleaned off the residue with acetone in no time, then I took some pictures to clearly show the rust spots. Using Flitz polish I was able to remove the surface rust by hand in about two minutes. Since it is a non abrasive polish you don’t need to worry about scratch patterns when using it. It is a fantastic product that I feel like everyone should know about, and can be found at most auto parts stores.
