I have pretty much worn this everyday for 2 years minus when im at a theme park where i cant carry the knife then i take the spline out and carry the TQ and stopbleed as a standalone, can’t carry firearms at work (communist) but I refuse to not carry medical and a knife. I bought the TQ carrier with my first sidecar holster when it came out. thought it was a ok combination but after carrying it about a month I figured out I can attach the little spline adapter to anything I wanted to, so my beloved 5 year old (at the time) well used cut 4.0 got the sidecar treatment. And after attaching the TQ holder to the cut 4.0 it was perfect. This is carried at 4 o’clock with my gun and spare mag in appendix, it conceals nicely under a tshirt and is VERY comfortable. It goes through HELL at work and I’m surprised the clips have held up, I’m onboard submarines every day so they will occasionally get caught on latter’s, hoses, wires, ventilation you name it and they will NOT break. I have used a tourniquet once out of this on a compound fracture and the knife gets used for every thing. So this one goes out to the sidecar spline system, perfect.
