Re sharpened to use on my fishing expeditions and hopefully pass down to future generations

  1. Almost everyone that brings me knives to sharpen has either a Chicago Cutlery or Old Hickory high carbon steel kitchen knife passed down from family. They always want to know if it’s.worth keeping and sharpening and I always tell them absolutely! Takes a really fine edge and are good to handle! 👍
