I bought this flashlight from home depot the other day and im just not quite satisfied with it, it gets way hot, way fast; granted it is on the highest setting but still and i would also like if had a laser on it somehow. Do any of you have any suggestions for a quality flashlight thats not bulky for my job? (Industrial maintenance)

Olight Arkfeld is what you want. Though all flashlight will get hot, multiple modes can help you get useable light without getting too hot.
This flashlight has some significant downsides, and I’d recommend returning it:
* The battery isn’t removable, so you can’t have spares, and when it wears out, the flashlight is trash.
* The charging port is MicroUSB
Similar to this, but superior in my opinion is the [Skilhunt M200 v3](https://zakreviews.com/skilhunt-m200-v3.html) with Nichia 519A. It share’s the Milwaukee light’s advantage of good [color rendering](https://imgur.com/a/Ly9IhIv) (it’s likely even better), but has a removable battery and *probably* has more efficient electronics for less heat at similar output levels.
That said, all lights this size will get noticeably warm producing ~500 lumens continuously, and lights with good color rendering get a little warmer.
Flashlights [with lasers](http://flashlights.parametrek.com/index.html?led_color=blue%20laser,green%20laser,red%20laser) are not especially common, and are particularly unlikely to be paired with features the community likes such as standardized removable batteries and good color rendering. The Olight Arkfeld has been somewhat popular of late and is more modern than most options, but also has a non-removable battery and poor color rendering.
Olight Arkfield Pro is going to fit your wants/needs very well.
