Been using a Leatherman Sidekick for a while, loving it.
Finally decided to upgrade to the Wave+. Even got the bit driver, bit kit, and pocket clip.
Super disappointed when my needle nose snapped under relatively light use. I was bending an ear off an electrical box. Definitely something I’ve done several times with my Sidekick.
This is ironic because one of the features of the Wave+ that attracted me were the replaceable cutters, because on my sidekicks, the wire cutters were usually the first thing to break. But I never ever had a problem with the needle nose.
Sending in for a repair/ replacement but I’m kinda already over it. :/
Had a SOG years ago that I absolutely abused, are they still reputable in the multitool world?
