I rarely carry this stuff, but did carry the SAK Classic for years, long enough to lose the toothpick.
The rest of the stuff:

Maratac steel wedgie (they make Ti ones too, which I also have)

Baseus Bluetooth adapter – I can plug regular IEMs into this and connect to my phone. I rarely use this as I cannot use wireless devices at work, and my kids have taken over mowing duties.

SAK Diplomat – carried a few times when my Classic fell off of my keychain and was lost in my car for a bit.

Olight iMini 2 – yet to carry as I’m concerned it would come apart and I’d not notice that it was gone.

Gerber tiny knife. I actually used this in the only scenario that was sort of a “survival” situation. My kids and nephew were on a hike with us and the nephew and my eldest ran ahead and ended up sinking in soupy mud. They were in it up to their knees. I used this tiny blade to cut long grass and thin reeds so they could put their hands on them to push out of the mud. That didn’t work well but we were able to toss a large log to them that they used to extract themselves.

NiteIze Doohickey this was on my keychain for a while, never really used it.

Leatherman 1 – this is actually a snowboarder tool, I also have the Leatherman 2 somewhere. I got several on clearance years ago and hooked up my snowboarding family members them. I don’t snowboard, but it came in handy a few times when I needed a small screwdriver.
