Lumintop has a few new flashlights with the new 46950 battery. Apparently 32000 mAh, tho i haven’t seen a conclusive test on the battery. I hope mooch will test them sometime.
They have two flashlights atm which i find very very interesting:
1. Lumintop GT 4695:
-single emitter, SFP55 LED with rather deep OP-reflector, ~15000 lumen turbo with 800m throw

Also they claim 234W during turbo on the Mach 4695, which would mean up to 70ish Amps draw from the battery. 32000 mAh, high Amps, according to Lumintop 2000 cycles during normal use (however they defined normal use, no clue). Sounds almost too good to be true. If the claims are close to accurate, this battery is by far the best option for any soda can flashlight, much better than 3×21700 setups
