I bought this Nitecore EDC27 brand new about 2 weeks ago and decided to charge it. After playing around for a bit and moving the charger side to side i noticed the charging screen turned off and on wich i guess isn’t good but now it stays on at 4.20V. It also was changing from 4.16V-4.18V 4.19V. Does this indicate how far along charging is or is there something wrong with the charging port? It jumped a few times from 4.16V to 4.17V and back. But like i said it currently stays at 4.20V. If someone want to help me understand that would be great!

Pray tell us, how many volts do you want to see ahahaha?
The LiIon batteries we use cap out at 4.20V. The battery is full mate.
