When would you think something’s afoot? Haven’t heard any update on this knife pre-order in ages

Hi knifeclub, reaching out in a moment of introspection (I maybe am getting scammed? I am an idiot probably). I pre-ordered a VC Edge Knives Interface back in late 2022 [from here](https://www.vcedgeknives.com/knives/p/interface-050-8ystm-2fp9k-9dba7-8ljj8-k4kfy-97k28-3s57c-8rbwd-bmyh3-9db5x-3pkbj-r2f8p-jn5sg-s9dl3-zrj78-2k3we-abmxr#reviews), and they projected a 5-7 month delivery (so it would have been April if it was on time). Fast forward till now, the last update I got from him was Early August saying my order was 2-3 weeks out, and of course, I still haven’t gotten it. I’ve paid in full of course. Am I out my 1k+ dollars? Any thoughts appreciated on what I should do, if anything, or even if it’s just calling me an idiot! Thanks friends.
