
So Im looking to buy a Japanese chef knife and looking through different websites i found what looks like the same knife but all at drastically different prices

I can tell that the handle is different on some but i dont think thats the reason for the price difference, if someone could help me tell them apart i would really appreciate it.

The knifewear one is the only one that isn’t super blue steel.
The cutting edge co is obviously the only UK based company so import taxes, fees, shipping, etc. all differ. Along with, as you mentioned different handle material.
CKTG one, seems like the base for the “model” you are looking at. If you are in the US makes a lot of sense! They move quite a bit of product and really specialize in Japanese knifes across the price spectrum. They might be lower out of pure economy of scale.
