My father used this knife to chop some bones. I’m aware that there would be some material loss if it’s fixed.

    Well, it looks like a flat grind knife so that would be semi tricky to replicate. However, you could take some material off and put a mild hollow grind on it to and I see no reason why that wouldn’t work. That’s just one way though.

    It is fixable. Going to take considerable sharpening. Prob want to take it somewhere that sharpens kitchen knives.

    With a belt grinder and some patience, yes.

    Is it worth the time you’d put into it? No.
