Any love for the humble clip point? I’ve always loved the look of this blade style, especially because my first ever knife was an old Buck 110 that I was given as a child.

It’s my favorite blade shape! It’s a good compromise in my opinion, and I don’t do tons of downward utility cuts on a surface, so I’m not super concerned about a slightly higher tip. Even then, you can still make it work, just not perfectly ideal but when is anything ever perfectly ideal? I like that the tip is usually thin and pointy enough to get into tighter spaces before a cut, more so than most drop points on average, at least in my experience.
