Dm11 – green body, w2 emitter and switch backlight. The new less toothy body is ok, if a bit more boring looking. Funky color more than compensates. The pale green light is interesting, will report later how I feel about it. Host is balanced well, but the middle finger is right on the bottom of the head which is a bit uncomfortable. The k9.3 handles a bit better, and the dm1.12 better than that. I tend to prefer tir over reflector, so this is maybe my new default rec to newbies over the d1. As

In terms of pure color rendering and tint, I’d put it below lh351d and sst-20, but the beam pattern and size to output ratio more than makes up for it. The champagne color is beautiful, and the ti short tube balances better than the al one. I dropped it on tile right after taking this photo and the finish hides wear well. More glossy than my cyan one. Switch is tighter/stiffer for some reason. Moonlight is still too high, but I knew that going in. A killer in a small package, it would probably be the light I kept if I could only have one.
Ts10 silver, orange aux, 4000k
I get the ts10 now. This one was bought used, but I like it better than my mao 5700k one. The switch is nice, not too stiff like the other one. No residue on an led like the other one. Orange aux looks nice in person, fun contrast to the ice blue in the other one. I prefer single emitter lights, but it’s a great as a gift or coin pocket carry.

Bought used, but it was minty. Yes it’s small, but it’s more back-weigted than a d1. Tint pretty good for lh351d. Beam pattern is typical, like a t3/s2+. Switch is very tactile, but too recessed. Ui is bad. I set up g6 with mediums on single click and highs on double tap. I constantly end up in strobe (3tap) because tap for on and 2 tap for switch sublevel is sent to an input buffer that’s too wide. Low shortcut needs to be held too long, so I end up in medium instead. The manual is wrong in a few places. There’s nothing that this can do that Anduril can’t with hybrid memory. Overall, the ui is usable but unjustifiable. I’d prefer the olight/thrunite way over this. At least it has battery check. Balance and ui matter more than size/runtime IMO. The D1 is better. The Convoy t3 is just as good, and would be better if not for the stiff switch on mine. Fite me😈😤
