For some time I have been attentively following the various debates here in this forum. I have often come across discussions about which oil can be used with the greatest advantage to lubricate the pivot and other parts of folding knives. In this connection, I would just like to point out that there may be potential in the oils that musicians use for their wind instruments – be it trumpet, French horn, tuba and similar instruments. They all require lubrication around the valves and other moving parts of the instruments. I have found a link – good enough to a Danish shop, but there are no doubt links to similar shops in other countries. This shop, for example, sells oils of different viscosities, and there is no doubt that the oils are also non-toxic and of very good quality. Please take a look here at this link:
