The scabbard and blade shape is definitely that of a visayan pinuti, from the Philippine; however, they didn’t have rings on the end.
Yeah that’s some weird variation on a Pinuti. Some interesting embellishments thought not necessarily the most authentic looking. If it was made in the Philippines I might go for it but if it’s a Chinese-made imitation I’d be less inclined
