This came from a 40 mode rgb flashlight. Currently only the green from a 6pin rgb chip is working. I have replaceed the rgb chip already and have confirmed both the original and the new rgb chip both display only green. So now I suspect it’s the driver/microcontroller. Any suggestions on whether the entire unit needs replacement? Where can I buy a replacement? Any insight on what the problem can be?

What is the make / model of light?
What happened when the channels stopped working? (a drop, etc?)
It looks like there are separate channels for RGB with separate transistors (Q1, Q2, Q3) and (current limiting?) resistors (R1, R2, R3).
If it was a drop, reflowing the solder joints of transistor, resistors may help.
You could check the gate/base of the transistors to see if a signal is present when switching modes with a multimeter. If there is a signal but no output, replacing the transistors may work.
If the MCU is toast and you don’t have access to the firmware then it would be best to replace the entire driver.
