Got this bad boy in the mail today! Spyderco Mule Team in M398 steel! Even being a completely naked knife… this thing is substantial! A good amount of heft even without hardware or scales. Also bigger than I thought it would be.
I’ve got two different kinds of knife blanks coming soon. Bog Oak and Amboyna burl. I don’t know yet which one I’m going to use. I’ve never actually made scales for a knife. But I’m confident in my skills. Can’t wait to get the blanks and get this project going!
